I love pizza. It has two of my favorite food groups: bread and cheese. Throw in a little tomato sauce for cancer prevention and there you have it: Perfection. So my goal when shooting Chef John McClean’s Sono Wood Fired Pizza was to not just make you think “Oh, I like pizza.” I wanted to make your mouth water at the thought of biting into that perfect crust. To feel the goo of the cheese and the tang of the tomato. In short, I wanted you to see the picture, grab your wallet and run out the door to Sono Wood Fired Pizzeria. What do you think?
